He received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China, in 2003. He got his Ph.D. degree in control theory and control engineering from the Institute of Automation,Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2009. He is currently an Associate Professor at the China University of Mining and Technology, Beijing. From November 2013 to November 2014, he was a Post-doctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Ohio State University, Columbus, OH, USA, working on selective harmonic elimination technology and its applications in high-power converter and electric drives.
His research interests include harmonic control technologies, modeling and control methods for high-power converters and the applications of computer algebra in power electronics.
